The case for case examples.

There is anything about a story that makes it possible for us to get a fuller grasp on the context of the environment and therefore find out a lot more than if the information were merely stripped out of the tale and laid out prior to us. If you are a effective Realtor your stories can also be the creating blocks to a effective Realtor mentor or coaching enterprise. Your stories can be the tools that teach other folks how to obtain related levels of accomplishment in their own genuine estate careers.

There is no finding out tool equivalent to the private accounts of a productive individual, which is why until the end of time we will pay, travel, beg and borrow to surround ourselves with those whom we uncover successful so that we can hear their story.

Of course, there are some technical aspects to developing a Realtor coaching firm that you can not afford to overlook. You want a certain target market place, a specialty, approaches for recruiting agents, and techniques for delivering your “stories” (lessons and tools) that leverage your time and power so that you can continue to function as a Realtor and devote time with pals and household. Though these other elements are important the accurate teaching is carried out by way of stories.

I previously built a coaching firm with a financial planner who became very efficient at using stories. In this instance we referred to them as case research, and each and every month a new case study would be featured that highlighted a certain challenge and its advised solution. The case study would go via every detail of the situations and since it was a story the agents in the coaching system had been capable to stick to every single case simply and get a robust grasp on the techniques and how to use them in “true life” circumstances.

Although, the coaching program had numerous facets it wasn’t lengthy just before these case studies became the most useful element. Each month the case study would be featured, inquiries and answers would be posted regarding the case and discussed for the duration of the monthly conference contact. Clientele began requesting that all case research be archived so that they could reference them once more and we began recommending that all agents new to the program begin by reviewing each of the case studies prior to moving on to any of the other material. That is substantial given that the research themselves only produced up about 20% of the items on the training membership internet site.

It wasn’t extended ahead of we had b constructed a coaching firm generating over half a million a year, that was largely based on a bunch short distinct stories about his enterprise experiences. If you want to generate a substantial second earnings stream in this tough economy, begin recording distinct accounts each time you successfully overcome challenges. If you can use stories to teach other genuine estate agents how to attain success, you will by no means have to go searching for readers.

Are you prepared to take the next step toward turning your Realtor abilities into profitable info items and automated continuity programs that can earn you enormous (and practically passive) earnings? I will lay out for you the step-by-step method I used to construct a highly automated coaching organization that generated over $50,000.00 per MONTH (with practically no overhead), in less than 4 years.

  1. TIM DUNCAN IS OVERRATED….
HIS ENTIRE CAREER WAS ACCOMPANIED BY ARGUABLY THE BEST COACH OF THE 2000’S, ONE OF THE BEST CENTERS OF ALL TIME, 2 OF THE BEST INTERNATIONAL PLAYERS OF ALL TIME (WHO WERE ALSO 2 OF THE BEST PLAYERS OF THE DECADES THEY PLAYED)
TIM WAS SOLID, AND DIDNT MAKE MANY MISTAKES…BUT, ARGUABLY THE BEST PF EVER, IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. HE WOULD HAVE HAD A SHADOW OF A CAREER, HAD HE BEEN GIVEN A COACH AND TEAM LIKE MAJORITY OF PLAYERS HAVE TO DEAL WITH.
TIM, A SOLID AND DEPENDABLE PLAYER, WAS SIMPLY BLESSED WITH A GOOD SITUATION BY THE B-BALL GODS…PERIOD

  2. Thanks guys for watching this video! If you like it, give it thumbs up so we know to make more like it! If you’re new here, subscribe for more NBA videos like this one!

  3. I purchased and read his book "Tuff Juice" last year and I really enjoyed the book so much! The story is *very* inspiring.

  4. Now why don’t someone in hollywood make his story into a movie? It will be inspiring and way better than the current sequels and prequels or bull superheroes ‘saves the world’ that they produce each fking year…

  5. I don’t mean to sound disrespectful, but he didn’t do s**t in the post-season.
Basically the Mavs just won the championship without him. Still huge respect, though…

  6. If he was out of the game and had no drugs in his house then he wasn’t facing up to 10 years in prison cuz they wouldn’t have found anything. All that would have happened is the cops would have looked retarded for getting a warrant for no reason

  7. he had some gifts tho … he was 6’7(not taking anything away from his story, it was still amazing)
My growth chart has me at 5’5 :'(

  8. *What you are about to read probably has little to do with basketball, it has a lot to do with the true/motivational story*

No matter how badly you’ve had it growing up, you can still turn that around, at least when you’re an adult. We all have the potential to do something great, and all of you, – no matter what your past was, can make your life better.

One of my adult role model’s/friend’s life started out hard. I believe he said he grew up in the projects in Detroit, and witnessed his best friend get shot in a merciless killing, where his friend was mistaken for somebody else. He grew up, and I would say he had a miserable childhood, but he didn’t look at it that way. His momma was an avid drug user, (she even allowed him to get tattoos when he was just 12, couple months before he was take away) and their house was swatted (while they were sleeping). He was soon placed in foster care, and hated it at first. His only foster family was a white family, from a white neighborhood somewhere outside of Detroit. He was frequently picked on at school, because he was one of the few ‘blacks’ and ‘would never have a family.’ He came so close to killing himself several times because he couldn’t handle life. But he kept on working out and taking (most of) his frustrations out on the football field. He was a successful highschool Defensive End. He even started then D1/D2 college (i can never remember). He finished school and had a degree in child psychology (I think). After that, he played SemiPro football, but he was cut short due to an injury in his leg. He saw this not as a moment where he was finished, but a new opportunity. He began helping children who had anger issues, were abused, and who never really lived with their biological parents.

His mother? She died of a heroin overdose at the age of 38, just after being released from prison.

His only foster family? He soon started loving them because of what they have done for him. He was given therapy (of some sort) because of his depression from his horrible childhood. The white family even adopted him when he turned 16.

I know this because he was/is my counselor.

Just remember one thing: you are on this world to make it a better place. As Caron has proved, it doesn’t matter how many times you were arrested, you can turn your life around. It may be hard, but I can guarantee you’ll love life a lot more if you aren’t in trouble all of the time.
